Torchwood: Children of Earth: Day One.

Day One.

Right, this wont be much of a rant and I'll try not to mention anything from Day Two.
First of all, I LOVE Gwen's banter.
"Big, science fiction superbase. Honestly"
Although I'm not impressed with her remark about getting a Filipino child to clean the chimney, slight racism.
I want a 'Gizmo'.

I didn't read any spoilers intentionally.
Jack has a daughter?! Alice and Grandson Stephen, seems a little bit too coinsidental.

Ianto, not really my favourite character but I suppose I should mention him. I do love the fact he hugged Jack for being killed.

The Children: I couldn't help laugh at
"We, we, we, we, we."
All I could think was 'Swine Flu'. Ironic as Wales has the lowest number of cases in Britain so far.

Why did Frobisher have golf clubs in his office?
and how the hell did 'kids' steal a car with a tripple dead lock? Seriously.

Questions:
Is Clement Macdonald/Timothy White's smelling ability thing connected to the original '456' thing?
Is the fact it all started in Scotland important?
Who were the men with guns and why were they there? (Original 456)

Not much of a rant for Day One.
Although..

First blog.

Hello, no idea what I'm doing here to be honest, I just feel the need to rant sometimes. I've been meaning to start blogging for a while but the final straw was last night's amazing episode of Torchwood: Children of Earth. I adore Captain Jack for a thousand reasons and Gwen is just amazing, Ianto has to be mentioned just because he's Jack's "Lover", I do miss him being called 'Eye Candy'. Anyways, I'll not rant about that in here as I feel it deserves it's very own blog, but - Oh.My.GOD. I'll probably go through spates of multiposts and times where I don't blog at all for weeks at a time, also my style of writing will change drastically through out each post, I tend to fluctuate a lot. anyways, I have a dentist appointment so this will be cut short, goodbye for now.
